You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If
you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry! You will be left with a card
with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time
convenient to you. Royal Mail will keep your parcel for 7 days and if not
collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to re
send your order we will charge you for re shipping. If you would like to
cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
UK Based Orders
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery usually
within 1 to 3 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before
contacting us if your order has not arrived. Royal Mail does not class post
lost until 15 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day
Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Friday (UK only and
excludes bank holidays).
Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday
Service - Guaranteed to arrive next Saturday morning, before 9am (UK
only).

Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address.
